Dr. Consuelo Ocampo, M.D.
Dr. Ocampo graduated from medical school at the Far Eastern University, Philippines. She received her residency training in Family Practice at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine for which she is Board Certified.
Family Practice is a medical specialty requiring the same years of training as any other specialty such as Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Physicians specializing in Family Practice receive three years of specialty training in preventive medicine of all age groups, as well as, common diseases affecting them.
Joy Miedema, MPAS, PA-C
Joy earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Dordt College in Sioux Center, IA in 2009. She then received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2011 from Des Moines University. Since graduating in 2011 she has been serving patients in family medicine with the office of Dr. Consuelo Ocampo. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
